In an Emergency Dial 911 

Should you have an incident where immediate police response is required do not hesitate to DIAL 911.  Often citizens are  concerned that the situation is not urgent enough to contact 911. Any situation where you feel an immediate police presence is required dialing 911 is the most appropriate course of action.  The Onondaga County 911 Center will appropriately prioritize and dispatch on-duty Solvay Police.  Calls requiring immediate police response include loud music/noise, alarm activations, suspicious persons or vehicles and accidents.
